If you believe a website or service hosted by Rapid Layer is being used for abuse, tell us and we will investigate.

Spam, phishing, malware, copyright infringement, illegal content or attacks originating from our network.

Email the details to support@rapidlayer.co.uk with the subject “Abuse report”. Include the website or IP address, what you saw, when it happened and any evidence such as email headers or log extracts.

We review every report. We may contact the customer, restrict the service or take further action in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
