Services are billed in advance through our client area. Services renew automatically unless cancelled.

We take daily backups of shared hosting as a convenience. You remain responsible for keeping your own copies of your data.

Support is provided by ticket and email during our published hours.

To cancel a service, log in to the client area or open a support ticket.
